Refund and Return Policy

At FAVORITE BAND PUZZLE BOOKS, we take pride in offering high-quality puzzle books through a print-on-demand process. Because each book is manufactured specifically when an order is placed, we do not accept returns on physical products. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to providing a fair resolution when necessary.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a book that is damaged or defective, we may provide a replacement copy at our sole discretion. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
